This five day course is designed for those who are responsible for managing their company’s audit program and for those who want to further improve their internal audit skills. This challenging course assumes some prior ISO 9001 or auditing experience.
The DESARA Group emphasizes the importance of adding value from the audit process, so our main objective is to ensure that you are competent and capable of managing your audit system and auditing your company’s processes upon your return.
We accomplish this by emphasizing key concepts with workshops, case studies, and role plays throughout the first four days of the class. The course culminates with a written examination on the morning of the fifth day.
