As a Senior Executive you’re always looking for ways to cut costs and save money. It’s especially important in today’s economic environment. One of the well established ways to improve your bottom line is through an effective Continual Improvement Process (CIP.) Over the last 12 years we have seen large savings, across industries, from focused CIP programs such as Six Sigma.

Whether it’s manufacturing, health, banking or the general service industry, Six Sigma has proven time and time again that, when properly implemented, its return on investment is quick and substantial. The following table shows representative results from a variety of industries.
